第1条（取得する情報）
当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の情報のみを取得します。
- 笑顔の回数：デバイス上で検知された笑顔の回数のみを記録します。
- 時間帯情報：1時間ごとの笑顔の発生回数を集計します。
当社は、以下の情報は一切取得・保存しません。
- 顔画像・動画データ
- 氏名、住所、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人を特定できる情報
- IPアドレス、端末IDなどのデバイス識別情報
- その他一切の個人情報
第2条（情報の利用目的）
取得した情報は、以下の目的にのみ利用します。
- 笑顔を寄付に変換するなど、社会貢献活動を促進するため
- 特定エリアにおけるウェルビーイングの集計・分析のため
- 本サービスの機能改善およびパフォーマンス向上のため
当社は、広告配信や追跡、その他上記以外の目的には一切利用しません。
第3条（データ処理）
本サービスは、Googleの機械学習技術（Google ML Kit）を使用して笑顔を検知します。
すべての処理は利用者のデバイス上で完結し、クラウドサーバーには笑顔回数のみが送信されます。
データ処理の流れ：
- 笑顔検出：デバイス上で笑顔を検知
- ローカル処理：顔画像を保存せず、笑顔回数のみを集計
- サーバー送信：匿名化された笑顔回数のみを送信
第4条（データの保存および管理）
取得した笑顔回数は、以下の方法で管理されます。
- 暗号化：送信されるデータは暗号化され、安全に保存されます。
- 保存期間：必要最小限の期間のみ保存し、その後は削除または統計データとして匿名化します。
- 第三者提供の禁止：取得したデータを第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
第5条（セキュリティ対策）
データの安全性確保のため、当社は以下の対策を講じています。
- データ最小化：取得する情報は笑顔回数および時間帯情報のみとします。
- 暗号化：送信データは暗号化し、安全に管理します。

Smiral Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how One Smile Foundation (General Incorporated Association) and One Smile Tech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our company”) protect your privacy when providing the smile detection service “Smiral” (hereinafter referred to as “this service”).

When providing this service, we collect the following information:
- Number of Smiles: Only the number of smiles detected on the device is recorded.
- Time Information: We aggregate the number of smiles that occur within each hourly timeframe.

All processing is performed locally on the user’s device, and only the aggregated number of smiles is transmitted to the cloud server.
Data Processing Flow:
- Smile detection: Smiles are detected locally on the device.
- Local processing: Smile counts are aggregated without saving face images.
- Server transmission: Only anonymized smile counts are transmitted.
Article 4 (Data Storage and Management)
We manage the collected smile counts as follows:
- Encryption: Data sent is encrypted and securely stored.
- Retention Period: Data is stored only for the minimum necessary period and then deleted or anonymized for statistical use.
- No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or provide collected data to third parties.
